Customizing Your KageAI Personality
Choose how KageAI communicates and add custom instructions without changing what the product can do.
A personality changes the tone and communication style KageAI uses in its responses. It does not add capabilities, remove product safeguards, or change which tools are available.
Change the personality
- Open your user menu and select Settings.
- In Personalization, open Custom instructions.
- Choose a personality, then optionally add preferred traits and background information.
- Select Save. New responses will use the updated preferences.
Personality options
- Default — clear, neutral, and adaptable.
- Cynic — critical and sarcastic.
- Robot — efficient and blunt.
- Listener — thoughtful and supportive.
- Nerd — exploratory and enthusiastic.
Custom instructions
The same screen lets you tell KageAI what to call you, describe your role, add preferred traits, and provide other useful context. Specific instructions in a task can still override a general style preference.
