KageAI Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues through the current paid billing period and unused time in that period is not refunded on a prorated basis.

Except where required by applicable law, scanning or AI credits, cloud compute, sandbox time, API usage, and other metered server resources that have already been consumed are final and non-refundable.

Refunds or other appropriate remedies remain available where required by law, including for duplicate or unauthorized charges, payment-processing errors, failure to provide purchased access, or a material failure of the service to match its description that KageAI cannot remedy within a reasonable time.

Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If a customer expressly requests immediate performance, the customer may be responsible for the proportionate value supplied before withdrawal. Any loss of a withdrawal right for qualifying digital content requires the separate, legally valid consent and acknowledgment required at checkout. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a mandatory consumer right.
